WINTER AIKIDO ACADEMY – USTROŃ 2nd to 9th February 2013

INSTRUCTORS

The academy will be led by Sensei Michał Rawchał – Self-Defense Instructor (17 years of aikido practice), athletics instructor, lifeguard (WOPR – volunteer water lifeguard service) , triathlon runner –Ironman distance completed (swimming – 3.8 km, cycling – 180km, running – 42.195m). A graduate of: pedagogy, technical and computer sciences studies, human resources management faculty.

Sensei Paweł Kowalik – Self-Defense Instructor, 1^st Kyu (8 years of aikido practice, 3 years of judo practice at Warsaw Technical University)

SAFETY

All participants will be under care of educated and experienced instructors. We will ensure medical coverage and accident insurance. The youngest ones will have their spare time filled in with various activities making them feel comfortable and safe. We guarantee they will come back home extremely satisfied.

 

HIGH STANDARD

We provide transport and accommodation in Zimowit Hotel located at Skarpa Wiślana, which is the resort  part of Ustroń. All participants will have  2 – 3-person rooms, each with a bathroom. The price includes 3 meals a day.

 

LEASURE ENVIRONMENT

Ustroń is undoubtedly one of the most visually appealing cities in the Beskid Śląski region, located in the picturesque Vistula valley, which winds between Czantoria Wielka (995 m ASL) and Równica Wielka (884 m ASL) hills.

 

VISIBLE PROGRESS

In addition to technical classes (hand-to-hand, jo, boken) we are planning to organize general fitness classes, stretching, games and other sports and recreation activities. All of this will improve both technique and overall fitness of those who join us.

 

ABUNDANCE OF ATTRACTIONS

In addition to aikido classes, the youngest can expect additional attractions such as games at the gym, excursions, contests, disco, camp-fire and surprises, as always.

 

 CONDITIONS

Total cost: 1150 PLN

1^st payment: 700 PLN until 15.11.12                                         2^nd payment: 450 PLN until 10.01.13

All payments should be submitted and the organizer or the instructor at your local dojo.
